BarComm (Barsotti Marketing & Communications) is a full-service marketing and communications firm based in Pittsburgh that provides senior-level strategy, expertise, and programs to pioneers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries.
Our approach is rather simple. We listen until we understand your needs and your challenges. We dig deep into the research until we fully comprehend. We work hard until we are sure you will be inspired. And, in the end, we measure the results. Along the way, we always remember that it’s not about us; it’s all about you and your business!
ABOUT BARSOTTI MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
As founder of BarComm, Sandy Barsotti is known for her unwavering work ethic, passionate commitment, and laser-like ability to see through the chaos and develop solutions that drive revenue.
With more than 25 years of B2B and B2C experience, Sandy is an accomplished, result-driven marketing and communications executive. She’s held senior-level marketing and communications positions in companies big and small, worked seamlessly with all levels within an organization, and across a diverse range of industries that include financial services, trucking, education, technology, aviation, and e-commerce. Her consulting clients cover the gamut, as well, and include startups, e-commerce giants, trade/alumni organizations, banking institutions, global SaaS technology providers, and many more.
Throughout her career, she’s built a reputation for being a dynamic leader who takes on the assignments that no one else wants to conquer. Sandy lives at the intersection where creativity and targeted messaging meets data analytics and ROI. She specializes in finding creative ways to finesse a Marketo campaign, partnering with Sales to drive pipeline growth, and turning the inner thoughts of a software engineer’s mind into persuasive marketing prose.
Sandy is also dedicated to her alma mater, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). Since 2010, Sandy has been a member of the board of directors for the Foundation for Indiana University of Pennsylvania (FIUP), an independent, nonprofit, charitable 501(c)(3) corporation, organized in 1967 to promote and support the educational purposes of IUP. She also served two terms as a member of the board of directors for the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) Alumni Association – ultimately serving as President. Sandy holds ex-officio status and continues to serve on many of the alumni board’s committees. Her dedication to IUP and the Alumni Association was recognized in 2014 when she was honored with the IUP Distinguished Alumni Award for Service.
Exhilarated by the knowledge that she’s the master of her destiny, Sandy can be found writing, strategizing, or obsessively researching the best way to calculate engagement for an email campaign.
We believe in results, not overhead. That's why we custom-build our project teams based on each assignment's needs and goals.
Think of us as your personal Hall of Justice.
